Godrich Nkweke's tech journey began long before TECH‑NXT, when he was a key figure at Prime Aztecs. He worked alongside Emmanuel Onyeike, who served as the CEO at the time. Known as the brain and primary tester of the team, Godrich played an instrumental role in product analysis, development decisions, and refining performance.

In 2025, when TECH‑NXT was preparing to launch, Emmanuel Onyeike reached out with an offer for Godrich to become the Chief Director Officer of the newly rebranded platform. Without hesitation, Godrich replied: “I'm always obliged to work with you, sir.”
