- COO: Victor Chukwuemeka – Leads operations and internal systems for TECH‑NXT, started September 2023
- CTO: Afeez Timotope – Technical strategist and platform architecture lead
- Manager: Okeke Mark – Bent on managing and overseeing roles in the company
